My Brittle Heart

Robbie Williams is rumoured to be dating Swedish singer Lisa Lovbrand. The pair were spotted leaving a Los Angeles nightclub this week. Lovbrand refuses to confirm a romance, but confesses they are close and she is attracted to him. She says, "He's a sexy man. We've known each other for years. We met at a restaurant in LA five or six years ago through some friends. Since then we've met over the years at parties. We talked about getting together and writing some songs." Hmm.. Scandinavian delight is probably part of the detox as well. Robbie has also revealed that he wants to team up with 50 Cent for a new song. "He's someone I wouldn't mind doing something with actually, thinking about it," he told RWD magazine. That would be interesting.

Joss Stone wants you to to know she's simply not like the rest of them. Joss would never go out partying with no panties on - because she isn't a "slut". The singer insists she has no intention of following the current trend set and go 'commando' for a night out because she has too much self-respect. Joss told Q mag, "I would never wear a short skirt with no knickers, because that would be silly. If you do that it's basically like saying you're a slut. And I'm not." Judging from some of her public behaviours, it looks otherwise.

Julian McMahon kept eye contact with Premonition co-star Sandra Bullock during a naked shower scene in the film because he didn't want to have to answer to her husband - for sneaking a peek. MCMahon admits he was the envy of many friends when they learned he'd be baring all with Bullock, but he didn't dare make a move to capture the actress in all her glory. He says, "Have you seen her husband, Jesse James? He's kind of a big dude. You would not take a peek." Clever guy.

LOST Season 3 Ep 11 - Enter 77
Many complex answers that lead to a hundred more questions to be asked. Following the bearing of 305, Locke/Sayid/Kate and Danielle walked for two days without any new discoveries. During a rest period, Sayid found a living cow which led him to a secluded farmhouse which contains horses and cats. Along with Mr Patchy who looked suspicious of his surroundings. After looking at it from a distance, Danielle didn't want to get involved with the man in the house. With Locke and Kate providing cover, Sayid walked unarmed towards the house where he got shot on the arm by Patchy. After some scrambling by Locke, Patchy told them his real name 'Mikhail Bakunin' and also being the last member of the Dharma Initiative! The flashbacks see Sayid as a cook in France where some random customer wanted to employ him to his restaurant because of their same nationality. Turned out that his wife once got tortured by Sayid and thus he wanted Sayid to confess to his sins. But Sayid kept on saying he didn't know about Sami's wife. In the end, after Amira told Sayid about a cat who got tortured and rescued, he finally said he remembered her face and got released by Amira. Back to the losties land, Sawyer is still pissed off about his stash missing and so propositioned a ping-pong game. If he didn't win the match with their best player (Hurley), Sun told Sawyer to stop using nicknames on everyone for one week. Nooooooooooooo..... Best line was - Sawyer stopping mid-tirade to ask Nikki "Who the hell are you?". Because of his numerous practices at his home basement and at Santa Rosa Institution, Hurley thrashed Sawyer in the match. The last of Sawyer-isms until about 7-10 episodes later.. 'Zorro' - Paolo / 'Avalanche' & 'Grimace' - Hurley / 'Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon' - Jin and Sun. Later on, Hurley gave back a few Playpen mags that once belonged to Sawyer and said Kate will be fine as she is with Locke/Sayid. Back to the farmhouse, Russian Mikhail stitched up the gunshot wound, made iced-tea for his guests and told Locke that the chess game on the computer is impossible to win. The alcohol in The Flame had The Swan logo on it, not Flame, and the food in the cabinets had an arrow logo... does this mean anything? The ever cunning Sayid smelt a rat on Mikhail's stories about the hostiles, D.I, etc and told him about one of the Others they have killed. This led to Mikhail turning from a friendly guy into someone violent and had a fierce fight with Kate/Sayid which he finally lost.. at which Locke came out with a gun pointed out. Damn the rest for interrupting his online chess game! Mikhail was tied up and Locke was tasked to watch him while Sayid and Kate inspected the underground hatch full of D.I files like 'food drop protocol', 'operations manual', etc. Kate saw some C4 explosives wired around the place and then out of a sudden, a familiar figure jumped on her! It was Miss Klugh. Sayid overpowered her and tried to get some answers but she wasn't speaking. Kate threw a huge smack when she saw that face who was involved in their Pala Ferry incident. She does care a lot about Jack.. Meanwhile, Locke was keeping watch of Mikhail but got tempted to continue his chessgame which he did. After winning it, another old face came on the screen. Marvin Candle! He gave some instructions about communications with outside world, food drops and one about hostile invasions which was "Enter 7-7." Just as he was about to press 7, Mikhail put a knife in front of Locke's throat and brought him out of the house. Sayid/Kate and Bea Klugh was led to them where a very interesting Russian interaction between Mikhail and Klugh led to him shooting her. Sayid then was asked by Mikhail himself to finish it by killing him but Sayid declined that suggestion. Before they leave the house, Kate and Locke went back in to get some important stuff that may be vital for their visit to the 'barracks' on the map Sayid discovered. Danielle told him to kill Mikhail off because he was of no use anymore but Sayid still wanted to keep him as a prisoner. Locke's itchy fingers just have to press '7-7' before he leave the place. Does he really want help to arrive or just preferred to stay on the island because of what he saw through the smoke monster back in Season 1? After everyone regrouped and ready to go, the house exploded! Sayid asked Locke what he did and Locke told him about the '7-7' which got Sayid frustrated. At the end, the same cat Mikhail named 'Nadia' was staring at Sayid, making him think about Amira's cat story. Smoke monster in disguise? It was revealed that there are 2 sides here...the 'hostiles' and the Dharma Initiative. Mikhail made two comments that raise serious questions. 1) The hostiles were on the island way before Dharma, or 'the scientists.' 2) The scientists were sent to attack the island...kind of like special ops teams. Since he wanted so much to be killed, most probably Mikhail will do something to make it come true. Will they find the barracks and is it similar to The Otherville?

Drew Barrymore and Fabrizio broke up in January, but Drew insists that she hasn't ruled out a reconciliation. The couple split after four and a half years together, but she claims there is still hope for their relationship. She said, "When the going gets tough (in a relationship), I don't run. But sometimes you come to a point where there's nothing more you can do. I always leave a relationship with a sense of hope." Don't write me off, she says..

Jason Lee from "My Name is Earl" has signed on to star in Fox 2000 Pictures live-action/CGI animated "Alvin and the Chipmunks." Lee will play the Chipmunks' dad, Dave Seville, while chipmunks Alvin, Simon and Theodore will be computer generated. "Alvin" will center on Seville and the chipmunks, focusing on the trio's origins as singing sensations. Tim Hill will helm the project, based on a screenplay from veteran TV writer Jon Vitti. Shooting begins this month with Dec 14th release date set. Should be a nice one.

Sophie Ellis Bextor Performs at The George Pub in Dublin:

This Kitten has found love. Liz McClarnon is a big football fan and now she will soon marry a striker from Swansea City next year. No idea where that is but Lee Trundle is known to be a very good consistent goalscorer, but hopelessly one-footed. Liz gushes to The Sun. "It's going better than ever. You get to the point where you definitely know this is the one. "I am definitely quite sure this is the person I'm going to marry." Lee said, "Everything is going brilliantly. I couldn't be happier." Ah, bless.

The Italian G'N'R fan who threatened to shut down his popular website dedicated to the rock group if their delayed new album didn't hit stores this month (Mar 2007) has lived up to his word. The site's administrators write, "The never-ending saga of Chinese Democracy, the lack of respect, clearness and mutual loyalty are just some of the reasons for this. We still want to believe in Axl Rose and we greatly wish that Chinese Democracy would see the light of day before February 2008. If that's the case we will make our best effort to re-open the site, otherwise our domains will be lost forever." Will those long hair rockers listen to this funny plea?

Some people do prefer the fame. Matt Bellamy has slammed artists more concerned with celebrity than their music and fans. He is disgusted by bands who bask in the limelight of media attention rather than capitalising on success by returning to the recording studio. Matt says, "There are bands whose conception of 'making it' circulates entirely around all the stuff outside the music. I do occasionally meet these people. Muse don't really have that, we're just not big consumers of that Hello! magazine world." That's the way the world works.
