Patrick Wolf will follow this month's release of 'The Magic Position', by releasing the title track as a single. For the March 26th single release, Wolf has also recorded some additional tracks as b-sides. New songs are The Marriage (CD only) and On Sussex Downs (for the download release), while the two vinyl formats will include live versions of Augustine, The Libertine and Secret Garden. The Magic Position album is out on February 26th. Make no bones about it. This boy genius could potentially be the next Jarvis.

Ashlee Simpson's hopes of being Meryl's daughter has been dashed. She has been forced to drop out in a Meryl Streep film due to recording commitments. The singer was hoping to land the part as Meryl Streep's on-screen daughter in the film adaptation of Abba musical Mamma Mia. Her rep confirmed to In Touch mag that Ashlee was "interested in the role, but unfortunately, it didn't work out because she's putting out an album." Too bad. But then, the veteran actress has a nicely shaped nose.
Christina Aguilera is set to be the new face of Royal jeweller Garrard - because The Queen hates bling. Insiders at Buckingham Palace say Garrard is on the brink of being stripped of its Crown Jeweller role. Christina recently said she has recorded a song about oral sex but has vowed never to release it. The singer revealed she laid down the X-rated track called "F*** You, Suck You" during one drunken night in the recording studio. And she also confessed her own music is a turn-off and prefers Radiohead tunes when she is doing it with Jordan Bratman. She explained, "I'd be too busy analyzing my own voice. I get very nitpicky. I like listening to Thom Yorke from Radiohead. That's good sexy-time music." The hubby might not have the same views but he probably won't care.

As film-goers prepare to witness the antics of Bart, Homer and Marge on the big screen this summer, gaming giant Electronic Arts is expecting the game of the film becoming its best-selling release of 2007. Few details have yet been announced on the game, but expectations are high that it will be launched July 27 to coincide with the release of the movie. D'oh! Of course it will be the best game ever for the year.
Whooops! Ralph Fiennes has been accused of having sex with an air stewardess in an aircraft toilet during a flight between Australia and India. Lisa Robertson has been suspended without pay, but she has claimed that they did not have intercourse in the plane's lavatory. As stated on BBC, she said: "I explained to him that this was inappropriate and asked him to leave. Mr. Fiennes became amorous towards me and, after a short period of time, I convinced him to leave the toilet, which he did." She spoke to him several times during the flight, as well as during her break, but defended herself, saying "This is common practice.. I believe it is part of the role of the flight attendant to be friendly, natural and approachable to all our passengers." Natural or au-natural during the break?
