Ashton Kutcher is reportedly getting fed up with Demi Moore's demands and complaints about everything from his light social drinking to his sexy young costars. A friend reveals, "Demi seems very controlling. She likes to tell Ashton what to do too. She wears the pants in that relationship." On March 24, tension was brewing between the couple at a ritzy event in Bel-Air. When Ashton accepted a glass of champagne, after Demi refused the offer, "Demi shot Ashton a look that said 'I'm not drinking, so you shouldn't either.' Ashton gave her a defiant look that appeared to say he didn't care, and he took a sip." Demi doesn't want him to do anything unhealthy because of their difficulty in trying to have a baby together. A storm in a teacup situation?






Elijah Wood is to star as Iggy Pop in "The Passenger," a biopic of the legendary rocker. The movie follows Pop's early years with his band the Stooges, is to be helmed by Nick Gomez from a script by Eric Schmid. Pic will lense in next six months and is skedded for delivery by midsummer 2008. Pop has "given his blessing" to the project but will not take part in it. The Passenger will begin in the next six months, and with a time frame like that, it would be wise for Elijah Wood to drop to the ground and crank out at least 10,000 sit-ups and push-ups, like right now. Maybe he should also start listening to those Stooges records.







Three years after Sex and the City went off the air, fans aren't the only ones clamoring for the big-screen version of the hit HBO series: Former cast members tell Us Weekly they can't wait to get back on set. "I'm hoping that we'll be hitting the street soon in our high heels!" Kim Cattrall said. According to Cynthia Nixon, "I think it's going to happen.". But details on the flick (which sources say is still only "in development" three years after news first surfaced) are closely guarded. Can't wait for this movie.

Norah Jones was scared stiff of kissing Jude Law. The singer was so nervous about locking lips with her co-star in "My Blueberry Nights" she lost control of her voice. Speaking at the Cannes Film Festival, she said: "I was nervous and excited at the same time. The director asked me to do it and I went into it totally blind. As soon as I saw the cast list I thought, 'What am I doing?' It was very real. But on the second day Jude came in and he was really encouraging. We had to do the kissing scene and from that moment the director, Kar Wai Wong, was so excited. He made us shoot the kiss for a long time." Norah has also revealed she was inspired by Jude because he is so down to earth, despite his fame and fortune. "My Blueberry Nights" also stars Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz and Tim Roth. Mischa Barton has signed up to star in the St Trinian's remake. The actress will appear alongside Rupert Everett, Girls Aloud, Colin Firth and Lily Cole in the British comedy. St Trinian's is currently being filmed in and around London. It is being directed by Oliver Parker. St Trinian's began life as a series of drawings by English cartoonist Ronald Searle. The first film in the series - The Belles of St Trinian's - was released in 1954 and spawned three sequels. The original St Trinian's films were adapted from Ronald Searle's books. Should be an interesting movie.








Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are now together? They have been enjoying dates everywhere from New York to Texas, and have now brought their romance to Hollywood where they were spotted watching a Damnwells' show. The pair arrived separately but were definitely a couple by the time they entered the building. A witness said, "In the foyer they were talking and had their hands all over each other. He kissed her a couple more times in the club. He was totally sweet. She went to the restroom and he went to check up on her. You can't help but recognize him because he's tall. Interpol have spoken about how Youtube has taken away the anticipation of waiting for a new album. Sam Fogarino said: "The advent of youtube, to have your record portrayed in such a low fidelity medium is awful. I mean it's flattering that somebody feels the need to get the live performances up of these songs right away, but the thought of having our whole album on a DV cassette through some broadband wire is ridiculous." He admitted the band couldn't afford to take the "risk" in previewing any more tracks with over a month to go until the album is released: "You think about all the work that you put into producing that album and making it sound as grand as it does, and being exciting about finally unveiling, and then you just hear noise on youtube. We just can't take that risk." He's got a point. Better to wait till the real deal. 'Our Love To Admire' will be released on July 9th.
