The 52-year-old actor believes in the age-defying properties of water and has incorporated a daily dunk into his beauty regime. He said: "It's better that a facelift." Together with having a relaxed attitude to growing old, it helps keep the wrinkles at bay. He revealed: "I don't worry about anything, especially not getting or looking old. I think that in itself can age you. I don't worry about my hair any more. What's the point, it's gone. Bye." However, he has issued a stern warning to anybody who dares mock his baldness. The Die Hard star said: "I'm a man and I will beat up anybody who tries to tell me that I am not a man just because my hair is thinning." Would be interesting to know the first one.





Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are expecting child number two? The actress was reportedly seen leaving a doctor's office sporting a clearly visible baby bump. A source told New Weekly mag: "She was very happy and glowing. She touched her stomach for a moment. She looked pregnant." This week, Jennifer visited the construction site of the $12.1 million Los Angeles mansion they both are having built. She was checking on the progress of the project, prompting speculation she is eager for it to be ready in time for the new arrival.








Gillian Anderson has told of her regret about her stint in The X-Files. She has admitted that it was only because of the money that she remained in the popular sci-fi series for nine years. She said: "Back then I was all innocent and I thought, 'Wow! This sounds wonderful' but then I realised I'd be in a Canadian wood working 16 hours a day for nine months a year. The reason I stayed so long was because the only way I could get more money was to commit myself to doing it for another couple of years." Gillian has recently turned down the chance to reprise the role of Scully in the film sequel. Will not be same without the original Scully. [G.Anderson-interview]

There will be no more cartoon apes music. Damon Albarn is not planning anymore studio albums for Gorillaz. He said that the planned film project, already linked with filmmaker Terry Gilliam of Monty Python fame, is to be the last for the cartoon band. He told the BBC, "We're trying to make a film next, starting in September hopefully. It will be a film score. There won't be another pop record." The project will see the Gorillaz play characters other than themselves, like real actors in a film. At least his new Herculean supergroup should deliver new albums.

Charlie Pace got an arrow speared into his throat! No more Driveshaft reunion! That is, according to Desmond's future flashes in his head. Together with other random images involving Hurley, Jin, picture of Des+Penny and an unidentified pilot on the island. Upon coming back to reality, the ex-Scottish soldier gathered the three island dudes to follow him to the cable wiring Hurley once found. Charlie was being convinced that this trip did not involve him getting killed which was a lie Des had to make because Penny could be that pilot he saw in his mind. So these random events have to occur or else his destiny could change.. Was hoping for Desmond's flashback to feature his time in the military but this time round, it was all set in 1995 where one confused Scot ran away from a marriage a week beforehand from a girl he dated(Ruth) for six years. Des became a temporary monk when Brother Campbell took him in. During his church stint, this Celtic fan got a bloodied nose from Ruth's big brother so he came to visit her to tell his side of the story. About how he knew that he has to be a monk and leave everything behind. After too much drinking from the church's own 'Moriah Vineyards', Brother Campbell decided to fire Des as a monk. As he returned the clothings back at B.C's office, a picture of Ms Hawking aka The Oracle from the jewellery store that sold/didn't sold the engagement ring to Des. This means she is bloody real. As Des was helping loading boxes, a lady was speaking to B.C about some guy called Mr Widmore whom she referred to as her dad. She chanced upon Des for the first time and openly flirted with this newly fired monk whom she find humorous and likeable. Penny thinks she has found the right guy. Back to the beach camp, Sawyer and Jack seemed to be having a very good time there. Jack has found a new 'Sarah' in Juliet which means Kate is no longer flavour of the island for him which led to jealous Kate jumping on a shocked-then-delighted Sawyer. Later on, Kate's intentions got exposed by Sawyer but he is cool with that. And pity Rose for having to endure Phil Collins music from Bernard. Hopefully we'll see him again this season, frantically looking for his missing cassette tape. Best scene = Jin's horror story in Korean language. Best lines were from Sawyer: "Damn perverts.." & "Arguing over who's your favorite Other?" ROFL!! The night before, those foursome hikers discovered a red light beacon coming down in the jungle after noticing a helicopter dropping into the ocean. The next day, Charlie stepped on the rope and caused the arrow to let loose but Des can't let him die like in his flashes so he saved Charlie's life for the fourth time. The rock star got annoyed because Des initially wanted it to happen so that he will see Penny again. There was a bag found containing a satellite phone, hula girl toy, Ardil-22 book and a scanned picture of Des+Penny. After further search, the unidentified pilot with a helmet whispered Desmond's name before becoming unconscious. It wasn't Penny! The fact she has that infamous photo means a search party has been activated ever since those Portuguese guys at the listening station contacted Ms Widmore(Penny) about the new signal they found. Will be very interesting to hear from this female pilot in the future weeks. So how is Charles Widmore and the monastery involved with each other? Did Ms Hawking forsee Desmond's path.. possibly even being connected to Dharma or Ben's clan?

A smart prediction would be a good number of viewership for this program.



Amy Winehouse locked herself out of her own flat! Poor kiddo. [Amy-locked] There have been rumours of this soul sensation being engaged to on-off boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil, after being spotted flashing a ring on her engagement finger. A source reveals: "She realised she had lost her keys, but thought she could rock up at the venue with no problems. But when her people carrier arrived there, she was greeted by a massive crowd." Winehouse was rescued by the landlord of a nearby pub, who let her change in his flat before she emerged for the gig at the Dublin Castle in Camden showing off the huge diamond ring.
