Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster are reportedly planning to marry on the Italian island of Capri in June. Rod proposed to Penny at the top of the Eiffel Tower in early 2005 but the couple didn't want to start planning their nuptials until his divorce Rachel Hunter is finalised. Now a friend of the pair claims wedding plans are coming along: "They have found this romantic Italian island retreat and will marry there mid-June. They want it to have a cosy rustic feel rather than anything too glitzy. They're so desperate to keep the plans secret they have hardly told a soul. Half of Rod's family still think it's going to be in France." Maybe they'll have it in both countries. That is one lucky old groom.





Sam Rockwell has denied the recent rumours that he's dating Jennifer Aniston. The pair sparked the rumours after being spotted dining together at a New York restaurant last month but even though other friends have branded the couple "a perfect match", Sam has now said: "There's nothing going on between us. We might be doing a movie together - that's the dish." We shall see.



Kate Moss agreed to design a range of clothes for Top Shop in order to stop the store's own designers from copying her look. The model was flattered by the imitation and so impressed with the speed and accuracy in which the store replicated her style, she decided to join in. Moss says, "I think they kind of copy me sometimes. I'm sure they do it to a lot of people, but I do notice with me, they do it so quickly, and they do it so well. So I said, 'I could give you my stamp, and you could get it direct.'" Smart move.

Scarlett Johansson struggled while acting with Eric Bana in new movie 'The Other Boleyn Girl' because she couldn't stop looking at his private parts. Bana had to wear a codpiece for the part a decorative flap used to cover male genitalia in medieval England, and it proved to be too much of a distraction for Johansson. She said, "We'd be ready to do a scene and I couldn't look at anything else. I won't get over that codpiece for a long time. Eric would use it as a tool. He would rest his hands or a cup of coffee on it." What a lucky bugger to have Scarlett looking there all the time.

Queen Elizabeth has advised Prince William against marrying too soon. She allegedly warned her eldest grandson against rushing into marriage, amid increasing speculation that he plans to propose to his girlfriend of four years Kate Middleton. A source told Mail on Sunday: "The queen adores Kate but has made it clear to William that there is no pressure for him to get married just yet. She has just told him to focus on his Army commitments and enjoy himself before settling down." The prince and brunette beauty Kate met as students at Scotland's University of St Andrews. Nan says no pressure to this marriage thingy.


Pussy Galore is a fan of Daniel Craig! Veteran Bond girl Honour Blackman has praised the new 007 in Casino Royale, but was less convinced by the movie's violence. Blackman, who starred in 1964 classic Goldfinger, was taken aback by the new back-to-basics tough guy Bond. She he 79-year-old says: "He's a very good actor. But that film was so terribly violent." Someone should tell her at times that movie looked suspiciously like a Jason Bourne rip-off?

The usually outspoken Tom Meighan is tight lipped about the current 'Bloc Party vs Oasis' saga. He would leave Liam and Noel to react over Kele Okereke's harsh words where the Bloc kid called Oasis the "most overrated band of all time" and making "stupidity hip." Meighan said: "Silly innit? You know what I mean? It all gets a little bit out of hand. I'm learning to grow up, trying to grow up and not comment on this. Let them go to war on it", he continued, "I'm sure Liam will have something to say about them anyway. I'm not saying anything. You wait, it will be a while. I'll think of something soon.
