George Lucas refuses to give up on recruiting Sean Connery for the fourth Indiana Jones movie, despite the Scottish star's reluctance to sign on as the adventurer's father. Connery has been linked to the upcoming movie, but insists he's not that interested in reprising his role as Henry Jones. That hasn't stopped persistent Lucas, who says, "We're still trying." He was stunned when Steven Spielberg said he wanted to sign Cate Blanchett as Jones' love interest in the new film. He told Usa Today, "That's who my director wanted and I always bow to the wishes of my director." Having Henry Jones around is always better.






The saga of Jennifer Aniston's love life continues, with the latest in her string of dinner dates revealed as a young film financier who runs a billionaire company. Ryan Kavanaugh - who produced 'Catch And Release' - would certainly be quite a catch. But US Weekly states that the dinner was strictly business. "He's extremely wealthy," says a source. "He could definitely help Jen finance projects." The same source suspected that it was a test run just to get her out with someone.. Her buddies must have thought this woman is kinda bored nowadays. Pete Doherty plans to start a family with Kate as soon as possible, according to his uncle. Phil Michels claims the Babyshambles frontman is keen to settle down. He says: "Pete and Kate are so in love - they're talking about starting a family together. Pete is already a doting stepfather to (Moss' daughter) Lila Grace, and loves spending time with her. They're setting up home together at the moment, and once that's sorted they'll have a massive showbiz wedding." That guy should sort out his demons first before thinking about weddings.


Lindsay Lohan has a new modeling contract and is set to be the face of designer Jill Stuart's latest collection. She will shoot the ads in Japan. After that, she'll fly to London to film "The Best Time of Our Lives," a biopic about the love life of poet Dylan Thomas. Meanwhile, the 20-year-old has revealed she would love to play Princess Diana in a movie about the late royal's life. "It would be fantastic to play her. LOST Season 3 Ep 15 - Left Behind
There has been an abandonment at Othersville whereby all the folks, with the exception of Jack, Sayid, Kate and Juliet were forced to stay. The night before, Kate got a swift body slam reaction from Jules whose intention was not to hurt but only to bring some sandwich. Next day, Locke came visiting and revealed what The Others told him about Kate's background. He said his last goodbyes to a stunned looking Kate after learning Locke doesn't want to leave the island. Soon after, the whole area got gassed. Kate woke up dazed in the jungle and also handcuffed to Juliet. After a mini-catfight, Smoky makes a grand appearance sounding very pissed and it flashed some lights at Juliet like a picture taking scene before it dashed back into the ground. Kate was apologetic for dislocating her shoulder and it was the fourth time that happened to the fertility doc. Interesting. Next day, Smoky came back presumably for Juliet. As they ran towards the sonic fence, Kate warned her about it but Jules said it was turned off. How did she know that? Smoky failed to get through the newly activated fence by code numbers '1-6-2-3' and thus went away. Juliet now admits they know of Smoky's existence but didn't know where it originate from. Kate just gave the "damn you!" look and walked off. From the flashbacks, there was a new losties connection when Cassidy - who got conned by Sawyer and carrying his baby(Clementine) - became Kate's BFF for a while when Kate helped her out from a jewellery sale scam. Cassidy then offered to assist Kate in meeting with her mum Diane who was still bitter from her lover's death at the hands of Kate. After one failed attempt, they finally met in the toilet at Keith's Diner where her mum worked. Diane told Kate that killing Wayne(her biological dad) was for Kate's own good and it didn't helped Diane whatsoever. That was why she turned on her own daughter. Diane wanted Kate out of her life. Some day/s later, Cassidy said her goodbyes to Kate while revealing about this guy(Sawyer) who conned her and got her pregnant. Kate didn't ask for that guy's name and thanked Cassidy for her help as she then made her way to another state to escape from the Marshal. Back at the losties beach camp, Hurley devised a funny prank to get Sawyer to be nice to everyone because they will have a 'voting session' to get rid of him away from the beach. He was aware that the 'Korean vote' won't be in his favour, Claire was given a blanket and some kind words about Aaron; accompanying Desmond in a boar hunting session might get another positive vote. After learning from Charlie about this non-existent voting thingy, Sawyer confronted Hurley who then told him about how Sawyer made everyone feel good and being their temporary leader.. "Leader? What the hell are YOU smoking?". Nice one. Sun is still giving the death glare to this new baby carrying leader. Will she ever forgive him? Best lines would be between "You sir, Hugo, are rotund." and "You tricked me into being decent?! That's gotta be the lamest con in the history of cons!" Meanwhile at Othersville, Kate and Juliet came back to get Sayid/Jack. Knowing that Jack has seen her bear-cage sex scene with Sawyer which broke his heart, Kate's meeting with a gassed-awakened Jack looked uncomfortable. When Jack asked whether Juliet disappeared as well, Kate looked sadder. Get over it he's no longer interested in you dammit! Later on, Sayid told them there were no trail at all. Looks like they may have escaped through some tunnels? Jack insisted that Juliet tagged along because she was left behind as well. Sayid's sure gonna have some fun interrogating her coz he is THE lie-detector master on the island. So is Locke an Other now? Where the hell is Danielle? Is she tracking the evacuating Others across the island? How did Juliet know Sayid & Jack were at the barracks and not out in the jungle? Something fishy about this marked woman.

Avril Lavigne has vowed to fight any girl who tries to steal her husband Deryck. The singer is fiercely protective of her relationship with sumpunkman and has a warning for any groupies with designs on him. Lavigne says: "If some girl was going after my man I'd punch them. I don't think stealing any girl's guy is a nice thing - it's totally mean." That sounds very high-school. But she can punch if she wants to. Just call the 'razzi first.


Alicia Keys has a new hobby - marathon running! She discovered the joys of long distance running while training for her role in movie 'Smokin' Aces', and became so hooked she travelled to Greece to sweat through the original marathon route. Keys explains, "I did the original marathon, which was very exciting. It kind of started with Smokin' Aces because I was training in a way that I'd never trained before. The cardio side of it just put my mind at ease and I just kind of woke up and thought, 'I want to run a marathon!'. It was the weirdest sensation." Yeah. She should ask Winehouse to join her next time around.
