She has found a new love interest.. Renee Zellweger is obsessed with her Blackberry because she lost it once and feared her electronic diary musings would make it into the tabloids. She was among the first celebrities to invest in a BlackBerry communications device and she started using it to document her thoughts and feelings. Aside from hoping her favourite toy doesn't crash, Renee frets about misplacing it again - and it falling into the wrong hands. She says, "That was a terrible 10 minutes." Online messaging must be her favourite routine as well. Imagine how Renee would have felt if she suffered the recent "Taiwan quake" internet crisis. Tons of junk food would probably be purchased...

An ode to the elderly? Matt Damon has praised Robert De Niro's directing abilities insisting he's a much better actor after working with his idol on new movie 'The Good Shepherd'. Damon admits the experience of taking guidance from De Niro made him realise how many actors are rewarded for overacting - because De Niro insists on keeping everything simple. Damon says, "You can tell somebody how to win an award... (but) that can't be why you're doing it. It was a great experience with De Niro because this performance was like the opposite of all of those things. I'm a much better actor for having gone through that process with him." Would be cool if he makes a surprise cameo in 'Bourne Ultimatum'.

The Scissor Brothers' of the world has spoken. Kylie Minogue is the biggest gay icon ever, according to a new poll. She came out first, ahead of Dolly Parton, and Abba, who took third place. Kylie has also been named the best dressed woman in the world by Glamour magazine toppling Kate Moss. The Aussie singer was given the award after her triumphant comeback that has seen her take on a number of stylish looks. Glamour editor Jo Elvin said: "We've seen a newer, softer-looking Kylie emerge this year - she's still sexy, but she's not flaunting that side of herself in fancy hotpants any more." Kate Moss slipped down to fourth place. Heh.

Editors are ready to compete with the Killers and Razorlight on their new album. The band are working with producer Jacknife Lee for their second album. Tom Smith told NME: "We are making the songs that will compete with your Killers and Razorlights and I don't see why we shouldn't do so. I think we've got them in our sights with this record." Smith said that they have already written a clutch of anthems for the as-yet-untitled set. He said: "There are four or five huge, massive sounding songs.." The album will be released in April and it includes new songs 'Smoking Outside The Hospital Doors', 'When Anger Shows' and 'The Racing Rats'. Rather they stay dark and gloomy and not head towards the commercialized road.
Pete the actor? He is set to make his debut acting appearance in a remake of 'Carry On Cruising' where he'll star alongside Kelly Brook. An insider said: "Pete was approached about playing the role of a wannabe rock star who works as a performer on a cruise ship. It's a rags to riches tale where in the end he gets it all - the lifestyle, the money and the girl. Kelly is likely to star as one of the dancers on board the vessel. Filming is due to start at the end of this year. Pete is considering the offer. As well as Kate being a priority, he wants Babyshambles to be a huge part of his life." The directors might want to implant some GPS system in order to locate him. Just in case he's late. Or M.I.A.

Food cravings during a flight makes Crowe turn hulk-y.. Russell Crowe has raged at a flight attendant after finding his wife had eaten his favourite chicken satay. "If I tell you I want something, you put it aside for me. Or wake me up. Is there some kind of language barrier here?" an unfortunate flight attendant got told on a chartered private jet. This dude has a long list of food demands in-flight, including red curry beef, chicken and cashews, passionfruit, yoghurt and dandelion tea. When Crowe woke from a sleep and asked for the chicken satay, only to be told his wife, Danielle Spencer, had eaten the lot, he took it out on the attendant. His attorney, John H Lavely, has rubbished the allegations and insists movie studio public relations sources have confirmed Crowe was "nothing less than a model citizen during the publicity tour". Hmmm.. who shall we believe? Any damaged handphones, by the way?
Trying his luck, perhaps.. Daniel Craig says Nicole Kidman turns him on. Unfortunately for him, she's married. Danny admits he finds the Aussie very attractive and wouldn't mind spending some time with her. Talking to W magazine, Craig said, "She turns me on. Not in a sordid, horrible way, well, come to think of it." He claims they had a bubbling chemistry when working together. It seems the admiration isn't one-sided. Kidman asked Craig for his autograph shortly after she first met him and he was confirmed as the new Bond. Since working alongside Craig, Kidman has praised him, describing the star as "an actor's actor." Meanwhile, American fans of Kidman are calling for her dump Keith Urban amid reports he cheated on her. Urban is rumoured to have dated model Kimberly Wyatt while he was engaged - a charge he has denied. 71% of readers agreed Kidman should "dump" Urban. Can't see that happening, though.

Robbie Williams and Tara Palmer-Tompkinson are set to rekindle their romance. She says they are still in contact despite not seeing much of each other since their ten-day fling last May. Tara told the Mirror: "There's still chemistry between me and Robbie. He texts me all the time now. I've known him for three years and we are still close. I'm lucky he's got time for me." Apparently they are constantly meeting up when Tara is in LA and they do the same when Robbie comes back to the UK. She could do better this time round and extend it to eleven days.
Nothing blur-ry about this situation. Damon Albarn has revealed he will never make peace with rival Noel Gallagher. The two formed the axis of a huge Britpop battle in the mid-90s. Since the prominence of the rivalry, Albarn has actually buried the hatchet with Liam, but is adamant he will never be able to do the same with the guitarist. "For some reason the chances of Noel and me having a normal conversation are off limits," he said. "I can't make it up with Noel. Britpop would be over." Noel then would probably say the feeling is mutual. Maybe there will be a change of heart when they hit Bowie's six-o stage..
