Pete Doherty is desperate to marry love Kate Moss at Queens Park Rangers soccer ground in west London - but club officials are determined to keep him out. This is his favourite club since young, and the people of Loftus Road ground has often given him free access to the director's area. But then this boy has been caught doing bad things in their toilets in February (06) and thus got kicked out. Pete now believes they have forgiven him and will allow the wedding to be held there. A source says, "Both Pete and Kate want a quirky wedding which is going to fit their personalities. Pete's first love is QPR, and holding his big day there is something which he has always thought about. To him it would be a laugh - and that is what he and Kate want their nuptials to be about." Sounds like an interesting idea, eh?

Meanwhile, Kate Moss was recently locked-out of her own house.. Kate was forced to ask a neighbour to open up her north London pad because she was unable to unlock the front door by herself after coming home from a night out at London's JSheekey restaurant. An onlooker said: "Kate was tottering along her road but appeared to be having problems locating her house. At one stage she was walking the wrong way. Eventually she had to go and get a neighbour out of bed in pyjamas." Pity that poor chap having the sleeping session disrupted.

Somewhere in Rome yesterday, Nicole Kidman was held to 'ransom' by angry residents who demanded compensation after an Italian advert she was filming clogged up surrounding streets with camera vans. Producers told residents of one apartment block used as a location they were unable to leave or enter during filming. This caused the local residents to flare up and refused entry to Nicole into their block. Sky chiefs then handed over 17,000 pounds to delighted residents in compensation. Eventually Nicole, who had flown in secretly from London to film the advert, was able to start shooting nearly six hours later than scheduled. What drama it must have been.

Martha Stewart has slammed fellow billionaire Donald Trump for his recent actions, specifically his decision to fire his 'sidekick' Carolyn Kepcher. Although the pair were previously friends, Stewart criticised Trump for not stepping out of the spotlight when she signed on for a spin-off show based on The Apprentice and a war of words ensued. Now, she has hit out at Trump once again. During an appearance on Access Hollywood she warned: "Donald is out of control. By the time he's finished, he will have fired everyone around him and there will be nobody left. And poor Donald will be sitting there on his little pedestal all by himself. He needs to be careful!" Cool. War of words between two old mates. What will the response be like?

Anne Hathaway in Venice:

So... Paris Hilton has been caught DUI in her Mercedes and has been arrested last week. Hahaha...Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, who drove her home from the LAPD's Hollywood station just after 3 a.m, insisted she had only one margarita. Her case is set for Sept 28, and she faces up to a $1000 fine and six months behind bars. As a first-time offender, Paris is almost certain to receive a wrist-slap fine and probation, prosecutors said. This might teach this lady that she is not above the law.

She is not alone. Her pal, 50 Cent, is also in hot soup while on the road. 50 got pulled over by police in New York and received cautions off the police for unsafe lane changing, driving without insurance and vehicle registration, plus driving with an expired permit. He was taken to a nearby police station, and was released when a friend turned up with documents proving Fiddy owned the car. Police say he could face up to 220 pounds in fines and subcharges. Hardly going to break the bank is it?

Lily Allen's dad Keith says he hopes to duet with his daughter at Glastonbury next year. The actor and novelty record maker has written off ever performing with Lily on record, but says that a live appearance may be on the cards. The 53-year-old said: "I don't want to duet with Lily on a record. But I think we'll do something at Glastonbury next summer." He must be a good singer as well to perform on that kinda stage. Lily Allen will release 'LDN' on September 25.

It has been returned. Lindsay Lohan's handbag was found and returned to her. She thought that the items would be lost forever, until a good Samaritan handed them in to police. Lohan had reported that her designer bag had gone amiss at London's Heathrow Airport when she was on her way to the Venice film festival. Her minder apparently left the swanky Hermes bag in the car park, where a passer by discovered it and handed it to police. As well as the expensive jewellery, the orange bag also contained all her medication for her asthma. It was previously thought that she had been the victim of a theft. Looks like she was wrong. Maybe that good person planted some eavesdropping device in it??

More twisted Vines tunes coming your way. Craig Nicholls has revealed that The Vines already have ten songs for their next album. Speaking to Zane Lowe on his MTV2 Gonzo show Nicholls said recording would begin early next year. When asked when the band would return to the studio he replied: "Early in 2007, I want to get the album out at the end of the year. I have ten songs right now that I'm happy with." The record will be the follow up to this year's 'Vision Valley'.
