Check out Plan B's music video "No Good"

Graham Coxon is to release the lead single from his forthcoming album on 27th February. 'Standing On My Own Again' is really rather good as always when i have to repeat the video many times with interest, and will be followed by the second album 'Love Travels At Illegal Speeds' on 13th March.

Rose McGowan is lucky to be alive after a speeding sports utility vehicle (SUV) mounted the kerb on a busy Los Angeles street and almost killed her. The actress was inspecting her new car when the vehicle appeared from nowhere and started careering towards her. The Charmed one had just purchased her automobile and driven it off the dealer's lot and taken it to her best friend's house to have her husband take a look and explain some of the features. While the group was admiring her new purchase, an SUV came barrelling down the street towards her. McGowan recalls, "It smashed my car in half and threw it forward into oncoming traffic." The reckless driver stopped to inspect the damage, but seemed unrepentant about nearly killing the actress. She adds, "I'm totally shocked, and the guy gets out of the car, and this is how my brain works - he's wearing this black turtleneck and I've never seen so much dandruff in my life. "He just stood there, smoking, and I said 'Are you sorry?' and he said (unconvincingly) 'Yes, I am sorry. It was my fault.' "I'm thinking, 'You almost killed me and you have horrible dandruff. There might be more of an apology that should be coming!'" The next time someone collides their vehicle onto Paige's SUV, make sure to check for any visible bad hygenes before giving an apology.

The Fugees return with brand new single "Take It Easy". The Fugees - Lauryn, Wyclef and Pras - have emerged from a New York studio with a brand-new single for the legions of fans clamoring for a follow-up to 1996's "The Score," the biggest-selling hip-hop album of all time. "Take It Easy," the first new Fugees music in nearly a decade, provides a sweet taste of the group's upcoming album, slated for release in early 2006. "I ain't rhymed in minute, but y'all ain't catch up, and that ain't blood on your shirt, that's ketchup!," raps Wyclef on "Take It Easy." Or, as Pras puts it, "Back with the Fugees, fo' fighting for a few billions." "Yup," sings Lauryn Hill on "Take It Easy," "it's Fugees entirely!" Step aside, B.E.P.

This is an IQ test given to job applicants in Japan.

Note: There are no tricks or back door solutions. It's absolutely straightforward, but still surprisingly challenging to most.

RULES:
- Everybody has to cross the river.
- Maximum 2 persons on the raft at a time
- The father cannot stay with any of the daughters without their mother's presence
- The mother cannot stay with any of the sons without their father's presence
- The thief (striped shirt) can not stay with any family member if the Policeman is not there
- Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft

To start click on the big blue circle on the right. To move the people click on them. To move the raft click on the pole on the opposite side of the river. Took me about 10-15 minutes to come up with the solution.

The View - Good refreshing band. This is rock & roll baby. A support slot for Babyshambles recently.
"The View are fast becoming a modern rock 'n' roll sensation. With an average age of 18 years, they have a surprising amount of great songs, differing styles, ability and class. "

Pink says her new video for "Stupid Girls" is meant to be taken as a lesson - that young women should aspire to more than such pop-icon pastimes as shopping, clubbing and making suggestive TV commercials. "I live in L.A., so it's obvious what I'm surrounded by," the punk-pop singer told MTV, adding: "I don't need to name names." Once anyone sees the video, Pink doesn't have to. The parodies take pot shots at a certain hotel heiress's sex tape, a Newlyweds star's music videos, a billionaire twin's boho shopping extravaganzas and a Mean Girls star's car crashes. (MTV inserts the names: Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, Mary-Kate Olsen and Lindsay Lohan). The "Stupid Girls" video was directed by Dave Meyer, and in it Pink reportedly slips off the hood of a soapy car and crashes into pedestrians while on her cell phone - ticked off that it distracts her from applying more lip gloss. Now this is one video that should be fun to watch. Pink will release her new CD "I'm Not Dead" on April 4th.

Paris Hilton's upcoming album will be a collaboration of Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe and Jadakiss rap talent. Scott Storch has been working with Paris to produce this thing. She is now the self-proclaimed "princess of hip-hop". WTF????

Alex Rose was spotted at Korn's Tour bash at the Hollywood Forever Cemetary and all attention was on the former Guns 'N Roses frontman. He spoke with Rolling Stone on the highly anticipated album Chinese Democracy: "People will hear music this year," he said. "It's a very complex record. I'm trying to do something different. Some of the arrangements are kind of like Queen. Some people are going to say, 'It doesn't sound like Axl Rose, it doesn't sound like Guns n' Roses.'" He then smiled and said, "But you'll like at least a few songs on there."

The Rakes have a new song. It's called "All Too Human" and will be released on 27th Feb 2006. It's a departure from the super-hi-hat-Franzy-disco of Capture/Release, a little softer, a little slower, a little more...um...mature (that word is usually the death of any band). In that way, it's a bit like Bloc Party's "Two More Years," the difference being that this one is good, not dreadfully boring, and, unlike Bloc Party, this isn't the first step to becoming Coldplay. That's comforting to know.

Charlotte Hatherley has left Ash after almost ten years in the band. The news is kinda shocking but the split is said to amicable. Ash are returning to the studio later this year to make the follow up to 'Meltdown' album. Charlotte is currently recording tracks for her second solo album which she plans to release later this year.

Liam Gallagher is at loggerheads with Nicole Appleton over his desire to move back to Manchester. He has told pals he wants to buy a pad in the city's New Islington so he can spend more time in the place of his birth. The vocalist has earmarked a fantastic 1 million pounds penthouse in the plush east Manchester development that contains an atrium with its own lake. But despite the glamour of his intended purchase, long-standing lover Nicole Appleton isn't happy. Nicole doesn't fancy splitting her time between north and south and would rather stick to their north London home with their four-year-old son Gene. But Nicole might like to remember that Manchester is only two hours and 15 minutes by train and possibly quicker when you're walking faster than... a cannonball.

Top 10 Dieting Myths
Guide Picks
We've all heard them ... and, unfortunately, believed a few of them. From calorie counting to fending off fat, these are the 10 most common dieting myths ... and the true facts that will set the record straight.

1) If I drastically cut calories, I'll lose weight faster.
When you take your caloric intake down too low, you are actually sending your body into "starvation mode". Your body wants to maintain your weight when it "thinks" you are starving; therefore, your metabolism will actually slow down and you may not lose weight.

2) The stricter the diet, the better it will work.
The stricter a diet is -- completely eliminating entire food groups; eating just one food (e.g. cabbage soup) -- the less effective it will be in the end. You'll get tired of the allowed food and when you feel really deprived, you're likely to call it quits altogether.

3) I should get rid of my favorite less-than-healthful foods.
By treating yourself to your old favorites now and again, you'll stay motivated and you'll be less likely to give in to a binge. Just make sure you get back on track after your treat. Moderation is the key to successful, long-term weight loss.

4) Eating late at night will cause me to gain weight.
All things considered, it doesn't really matter when you eat, only how many calories you eat and burn in a day. Whether you're eating in the morning or at midnight your body turns any extra calories into fat. In fact, eating a light snack -- like cheese and crackers -- before bed may help you sleep better.

5) I shouldn't eat between meals.
On the contrary, eating a small, healthful snack between meals will help keep your blood sugar at an even keel and keep your metabolism going strong. You'll also avoid getting too hungry so you don't over-eat at your next meal.

6) Fat is bad.
Everybody needs to include some fat in their diet. We need it; plus, it makes dishes more satisfying and palatable. Some fats are even good for you, like omega-3 fatty acids, which are found predominantly in fish and shellfish.

7) Skipping meals will help me lose weight.
On the contrary, skipping meals may actually cause you to gain weight! Your metabolism plummets and you get over-hungry. Plus, you may be under-shooting your daily calorie requirement which will backfire on you. That's why eating the meal we skip most, breakfast, can actually help us lose weight.

8) Dairy is a "don't" on healthy diets.
With non and low-fat varieties of most dairy products on the market, working dairy into your diet is a definite "do". Women in particular need the calcium dairy products provide. Not to mention the fact that research has shown eating enough calcium can give our weight loss efforts a boost.

9) It all boils down to willpower.
Yes, willpower may be a factor when it comes to how we respond to cravings, but a lot more factors can impact our weight, including genetics, culture, home environment, activity level and health issues. The good news is eating a healthy diet and exercising can help you overcome these influences.

10) Drinking a lot of water can help me lose weight.
Drinking water in and of itself will not lead to weight loss. Of course, water is key to a healthy lifestyle and drinking enough has tons of benefits; but when people lose weight due to drinking water, it's most likely because they're substituting it for high-calorie juices and sodas.
