Amy Winehouse has a found an unlikely fan in Karl Lagerfeld - the fashion designer has likened the star to Brigitte Bardot and hailed her as a "style icon". Lagerfeld admires the singer for her bold, beehived-shaped hairstyle, and even recreated the style on the models at his recent Chanel show. He says: "She is a style icon and a gifted artist. I took her hairdo as an inspiration. Because, in fact, it was also Brigitte Bardot's hairdo in the late Fifties and Sixties. Amy... she is the new Brigitte." But the difference was, Bardot didn't tell the world she was trouble..

Steven Tyler has been questioned by police in Florida after his girlfriend Erin Brady was involved in a nightclub brawl. A witness said, "A woman was trying to take a picture of Steven Tyler but Erin got in the way and some words were exchanged. Next thing everyone knows, the two girls are going at it. Scratching, hair-pulling, hitting. It lasted about six seconds, then security broke it up." Officers questioned both Tyler and his girlfriend for around an hour before releasing them. Only six seconds? Boring.
Noel Gallagher was so drunk in the VIP area of Led Zeppelin's show on Monday, that he now has no idea what he said during a half hour chat with Jimmy Page. He apparently had an intense chat with Page but sadly for him he had overdone it on the free booze. A source said: "Noel was really looking forward to exchanging notes with Jimmy - but he'd overdone it on the Stella. He woke up the morning after and realised that he couldn't remember anything about their chat." Bring an audio recorder next time?

Tina Fey regrets slamming Paris Hilton as "a piece of s**t" during a radio interview, but remains concerned by the influence she has over a generation of teenage girls. Fey is appalled the socialite is famous for behaviour such as emerging from a car wearing no underwear, starring in a leaked sex tape and being in jail. Fey says, "I regret sinking to that level of discourse. But Paris is a terrible role model and a terrible young woman. She needs to be ignored." Not gonna happen, Miss Fey.
