Like I was told, 'Kim, neon is not our friend.' " Although she is paranoid about aging, Kim - who admitted to having Botox injected into her forehead - will never resort to going under the knife to regain her youth. The star said: "Let's face it, aging is tough, and who actually likes their lines or wrinkles? Not me, that's for sure."

Eva Mendes had a serious scare when she was flung off a horse halfway through a glamorous photoshoot in Italy. The actress was being photographed for alcoholic drink Campari's 2008 calendar in a series of fantasy poses when she fell off the horse. Luckily she managed to escape without any major injuries. She said: "I didn't get hurt, fortunately, as I have been bucked by a horse several times before so I've got quite good at it. I think it's an energy I give off. They don't seem to like me." That female Italian horse has a problem with exotic ladies?

A new book, 'The A-Z Of Franz Ferdinand' by Helen Chase, will be released on November 19 through Northumbria University Press. The book will contain new, previously unseen photographs of the band, plus extracts from their personal journals. 'The A-Z Of Franz Ferdinand' will also contain new exclusive interviews with the band members, including insights into their third album, which they are currently working on.
