Girls And Boys

Emma Watson is nursing her first broken heart after splitting with boyfriend Tom Ducker. Hermione Granger is said to be "distraught" after breaking up with the up-and-coming rugby player, also 17. A pal said, "She is very upset. He was her first love." However, a spokesperson for Emma was more circumspect, explaining, "They just drifted apart as teenagers do. Emma is now just concentrating on her A-levels and the new film." A learning process?

CSI Aloud? Cheryl Cole has revealed that if her life had turned out differently, she'd have liked to have been a forensic scientist. She told Real Radio Wales: "If I'd had a sensible head on my shoulders when I was at school I'd have loved to have gone into forensic detective work. I find it fascinating - like which way the blood is splattered and stuff." Instead, she worked as a child model before winning her place in the girl group on 2002's Popstars: the Rivals at the age of 19. Maybe as a scientist she'd find a much better looking husband then.

The Spice Girls showed real girl power when they met Princes William and Harry - they had the British royals make them food. The band were invited to afternoon tea at the Princes' Highgrove home, but William had to take to the kitchen when the girls announced they didn't like the food that had been served. Mel C said: "I met William and Harry a while ago. We were invited for high tea. Some of us didn't like cucumber sandwiches and we were made peanut butter on toast by Prince William." The audacity...

50 Cent has laughed off reports he attacked his 'Righteous Kill' co-star Frank John Hughes after a heated argument on set saying that the fight was part of the film plot. The star was alleged to have hit out at Hughes after being confronted for not knowing his lines. But 50 insists the claims have simply provided the movie with free publicity. He said: "You know how much that would cost? It was actually a fight scene in the film - so expand it, get a little bit of controversy going so people will be interested." Smartie.

Milla Jovovich is worried her fiance will miss the birth of their daughter. The model - who is expecting the couple's first child any day now - revealed film director Paul Anderson is currently away until Nov 3, the day before the baby's due date. Milla is doing her best to try and hold off the labor for as long as possible. Milla also believes her daughter will be stubborn because she is already showing traits in the womb. She wrote on her blog, "Up until two weeks ago she had been a breach baby. She decided that she really liked her special location and literally stayed that way for over two months! I can see that she is already a very determined little thing and she knows what she wants!" [Milla-Pop]

Jewel talking about her beauty secrets:

Noel Gallagher has blamed his new baby boy for not giving him enough time to rehearse for his performance at the Bbc electric proms. The guitarist joined The Coral at London's Roundhouse for the concert on Wed night, but insists fatherhood is taking its toll on his working life. He says, "I was supposed to rehearse yesterday but, as I have recently become a dad, my little lad put pay to that the night before by keeping me up all night, so I was knackered (tired)". Noel still managed to wow the crowds, despite the lack of rehearsal time. Nothing surprising of course.
