Call The Shots

Ashlee Simpson has regular injections in her face to keep her looking young. The singer visits her plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia every month to have collagen filler injected into her face. A close source said: "The fillers get rid of any wrinkles, and keep her face looking young, taut and smooth." Ashlee claimed: "I believe if somebody chooses plastic surgery it should be for themselves, not for anyone else." Surely not in your 20s?

Ronnie Wood has lost countless music industry friends to drug addictions throughout the years - and fears Amy Winehouse will head the same way if she doesn't start surrounding herself with "winners". The 60-year-old said: "It has to come from within her. She has to feel more confident in herself. Hang out with winners. If you hang out with losers and dealers you end up in the sink. If you've got any sense, you'll try to live."

Westlife have started a pop rivalry with the Spice Girls when they accused the reformed group of moving the release date of their album, because they were scared of losing in a chart battle. Both groups' albums were scheduled for release on Nov 5th. Kian Egan is particularly disappointed, because he holds a grudge against Sporty. He said: "We would take great pleasure in beating the Spice Girls - especially Mel C because every time she opens her mouth something mean comes out. We were going up against them and we were up for it. But then they suddenly changed their minds. They're running scared." Oh really?

Bar Rafaeli is suing her country's largest newspaper for libel. The catwalk queen is fuming after Yedioth Ahronoth claimed she was thrilled to have skipped national service. Rafaeli is alleged to have said, "I am not sorry for not serving in the army ... Why is it good to die for our country? Isn't it better to live in New York?" However, Rafaeli's lawyer Dror Arad Alon claims the quotes are false and that she was "wickedly manipulated by the newspaper's reporter and editors."

Cheryl Cole is planning her pregnancy with "military precision" so that it doesn't interfere with Girls Aloud's touring schedule or the soccer season. She said: "I do really want a baby, and so does Ashley. The band have got a bit of a break next year, so maybe then. There's just so many things to consider. Like, if Ashley has a match on the day the baby is born, he still has to play, so he could miss the birth." Nah, that guy could always feign injury to avoid the match day.
