A judge has dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit accusing 50 Cent of stealing the opening line for his 2003 hit In Da Club from a song by former 2 Live Crew frontman Luther Campbell. US District Judge Paul Huck found that the disputed phrase was a "common, unoriginal, and noncopyrightable element of the song" and was not entitled to copyright protection. Nicole Kidman threatened to leave her new husband Keith Urban unless he sought help for his addictions. The drink and drug addict Urban admitted himself into a rehabilitation facility after falling off the wagon. A friend of the couple's told Life & Style magazine: "She gave him a choice. He could enter a programme or she'd leave him.. He chose the former. Keith can't stand the thought of life without Nicole." Is it a common trend for these guys to be sucked into this d & d stuff? At least Keith knows his priorities and is lucky to have a patient wife.

Ashlee Simpson is the new international face of footwear firm Skechers. Currently starring in Chicago on the London stage, Ashlee enjoys wearing the casual shoes when she finishes performing. She says: "My feet really take a pounding every time I perform in the show so it's a relief to get into my comfortable sneakers at the end of the night. We're back to Otherville territory where the captured Losties learned more about Ben & his gang. Jack was 'entertained' with some old school cartoons in his cell when Juliet comes in to bring food and some queries about his health. Knowing that Ben has been watching him through the video cam, Jack asked some questions about Juliet taking orders from Ben and wanting to speak to him rather than her. Emergency! Colleen is back from 'the sub' transport and they have a situation. Ben urged Juliet to follow him. At the cages above, Sawyer & Kate were curious about people scurrying around and saw a seriously wounded Colleen on a stretcher. Sawyer became delighted, saying "Our team did it." *cue theme music* The flashbacks showed a prison scene whereby Sawyer learned about having a daughter called Clementine that he refused to believe, him reading a book 'Of Mice And Men' and helping out the officers find the location of 10 million dollars hidden by one of the inmates. By conning that particular inmate, Sawyer got the info and won himself an end to his prison term and some commission which he want anoynmously sent to Clementine. Wow. He finally acknowledged having a daughter. Back to present, Juliet pleaded with Jack to help her remove the gun-shot wound on Colleen which he agreed. He was sand-bagged on the head and brought to the medical room while bypassing Sawyer & Kate. They tried to scream for him but loud horns were being played around the area to nullify their voices. Upon reaching the room, Jack stumbled upon a spinal cord x-ray. As there wasn't an important item on the treatment table, Colleen was unable to be saved. Danny Pickett became angry that they have killed his wife. So he went out and beat the crap out of Sawyer but because of the pace-maker implanted onto him, Sawyer can't fight back. Earlier, Ben dragged Sawyer into a similar cell as Jack and warned him that if his heart rate reaches above 130, it will explode just like the experiment bunny with no. 8 painted on it. Kate answered Danny's call on whether she loves Sawyer which was a 'Yes'. Danny stopped the beating. Small scene at the Losties beach where Paolo didn't quite like Desmond during a conversation about him wanting to borrow a gold club from Paolo. Desmond earlier tried to help repair Claire's tent roof but was politely declined by her and an onrushing jealous Charlie. Why the need for the golf club? Later on, after Hurley was done making fruit salad, Desmond told him to wait a minute before he comes out of the shelter.. It suddenly began to rain! And the long stick with a golf club attached to it at the top got struck by lightning! Charlie, while attending to Claire and Aaron, looked at Desmond in disbelief. That guy can really predict the near future. How will it help them in their search for J,S,K? In the medical room, Jack was handcuffed beside Colleen. Juliet came in and got interrogated by Jack regarding the tumour he saw on the X-rays belonging to a 40-year-old man. "Who am I here to save?" that got Juliet staring back without an answer. Next morning, Ben woke Sawyer up before sunlight and brought him mountain climbing. Upon seeing his watch showing the heart rate of above 130, Sawyer was told that no pace maker was injected and it was all a con. Ben then showed him a breathing 8-bunny that went to 'sleep' during his earlier experiment in the cell. Both of them quoted some phrases from 'Of Mice And Men' to test their reading knowledge. The reason Sawyer came along was to show him that they are on a separate island overlooking the Losties beach and is twice the size of Alcatraz. "The best way to gain a con-man's respect is to con him." Ben claims Sawyer is pretty good but The Others are much better. With that, Sawyer realized the whole situation and slowly followed them back to his cage. So now James Ford had been conned and accepted the fact of him being stuck on this mystery place with no escape route.
