Ashton Kutcher had to take swimming lessons to land a role in his new movie. He spent eight months practising his aquatic technique to play a coastguard in 'The Guardian'. Kutcher says: "For my part I had to be a strong swimmer. So it took eight months of intensive training with Olympic coaches to get me up to the level needed for the film. Now I love swimming." With that physique, he can also train for the Olympic itself. Wonder if the wife still has her G.I Jane sea skills.

Liam Gallagher is buying a 4 millon pounds home inspired by cult TV series The Thunderbirds. The house, named Thunderbird, is located in an area dubbed Millionaire's Row in the Sandbanks region of Dorset, England. The luxurious five-bedroom house features seven bathrooms, an outdoor pool, a cinema and a gym, and is said to be "a modern architectural masterpiece" in an area far-removed from his rock star's life in London. Dirty Pretty Things recently played a surpise secret gig at the "Proud Gallery", Camden, London. [Pic 1 / Pic 2 / Pic 3] The room was jammed solid as DPT took to the stage. Then, out of blue, walks Liam G to join the band onstage. That was it the whole place errupted, Liam wanted to play but security politely pulled him off the stage as the crowd was a little over excited. Thus, the gig was over..

Joenie was delighted to be called first last week.. Brooke need to step up to the plate. Next day...they meet up with Deprise Brescia actress/model who pretenede to be a harsh fashion designer giving a horrible interview to all the contestants with their own portfolios.. Danielle was teased about her gap tooth, Joenie told she has big ears/looked old, Nnenna stomach too big?, Furonda anorexic, Brooke too masculine, Jade versatile like a dude?... Winner was Jade because she took the criticism very well. She chose Nnenna who will also get a surprise gift back in the house. Out pops Jade's mum & Nnenna's bf. Furonda said she haven't seen this sobbing side of Jade.. Nnenna's explained to him how that 'kiss' with some male model actually happened while Jade's mum did some 'fluff' hand energy body enhancing skills on her. T.Mail -> "Some say models are brainless living dolls". Photoshoot session where everyone will play out a doll character. Joenie was a ventriloquist dummy and was the only one partnered with a male model. How esctatic was she sitting on his lap. Well done outcome. Sara was a teen doll in a human big box set, a little awkward. Brooke shared the same set as a Glam doll, no confidence shown. Danielle - Marionette doll done very well. Jade - Mannequin doll and she nailed it. Furonda - Rag doll and gave her most fantastic shoot yet. Nnenna - Baby doll and is quite bland. After the shoot, all were sent to dentist appointment for teeth whitening except for Joenie [saddle] & Danielle [gap] being given special treatments. Dr Edgards Falcon, Jr was in charge. It took about 12 hours for Joenie's surgery and Danielle doesn't want to fix that gap. Next day, Jade & Nnenna's guest went home. T.Mail - "No lifeguards, only 'divar's" Janice Dickinson and Eva spoke to them about the ugly side of modelling. T directed the next shoot where they had some vapour stick to invoke tears. All did great. After that, Joenie continued with her dental surgery and finally had it corrected. Back home, Brooke is not confident about her chances while Furonda don't feel is the worst among the group this week. Judging time - The panel thought most did well, but not too happy about Sara who is still unsecure/dull and Nnenna's baby doll saying she is not suited for that. First name called - Joenie! Then Furonda, Nnenna, Sara, Danielle. Last two were Jade and Brooke. The judges thought Jade's emotions during her speech came across as fake and arrogant. Brooke still didn't show the magic that they knew she had after being given plenty of chances. No more chance left. Jade survived yet another week and Brooke's days are over.

No-booze shocker!! Charlotte Church has sparked rumours she has a bun in her oven by partying until the wee small hours without a drop of booze. She would normally takes her cue from the late great boozer Oliver Reed but she toasted Ashlee Simpson's 22nd birthday with a glass of water. An insider said: "Everybody at the party was whispering about the rumours. It just isn't like Charlotte to party all night without alcohol." Hmm, anything suspicious going on there? Charl without alcohol on a night out is like saying Posh eats lunch & dinner/supper everyday.

A Keane helper? Elton John has been counselling Tom Chaplin as he battles with alcohol and drug addiction. Elton contacted the pop star after hearing news that he had checked himself into rehabilitation for cocaine and alcohol abuse. A source revealed: "Tom's had so much support after going into rehab but he never expected it would come from someone like Sir Elton John. He was moved by the gesture and they've been in touch frequently." Tom was released from The Priory clinic two weeks ago but has continued to have treatment. Maybe crocodile rock-man sees a young version of himself in chubby Tom.

A dynamic duo is in the making.. Lindsay Lohan and Keira Knightley are set to light up the screen together in a film based on a true story that revolves around the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, in which they play women who are sexually attracted to each other. Lohan is thrilled about working with Knightley, whose character Lohan describes as having a cryptic relationship with her own. She told MTV, "Keira is older than me, but she kind of has a mysterious relationship with my lover. And there's somewhat of a lesbian undertone." The script was written by Knightley's mother, Sharman MacDonald. Genius idea or brilliant plan?

Radiohead have started work on their eagerly anticipated seventh album. Thom Yorke made the revelation on the band's Dead Air Space, saying "We've started the record properly now. Staring to get somewhere I think. Finally." Cool. Weird indie sounds coming soon.
