Overtures Eclair
Ashlee Simpson's boytoy and dad both rushed to her rescue when she got caught up in a mass brawl outside a Las Vegas club. Troubled started when all three were trying to leave the Decaydance/GQ party last Sunday. While security allowed the trio to exit the venue, they refused to let the rest follow them to a waiting SUV. The incident quickly escalated and one security guard shoved Wentz, sending him flying into Ashlee, who was thrown against a wall. Wentz then flung himself at the man while Joe also entered the furor. Joe later remarked: "Those security guys are just mad because they make $12 an hour." Lame.

The actress has a fear of water and often wakes up in a panic after dreaming she is drowning. She tells Elle mag, "I have those dreams where you're drowning and nobody's helping you and people are just standing on the bank watching you drown? (It's) not really funny. I remember three occasions where my mother dove into a pool to save a child that was drowning. Watching children by the pool, I have nightmares." Tough fear there.
