Tribulations

Kylie Minogue has turned to Princess Diana's health guru to help her in her battle against breast cancer. She has sought dietary advice from Dr Nish Joshi, who treated the late British royal for depression. A source revealed: "Dr Joshi has struck up a special relationship with Kylie. He can help her get back to how she was by keeping tabs on her diet". It was believed the singer's weight has dropped to just under 40kg after drinking the healthy blends to boost her immune system while she undergoes chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. The pop babe was advised by an unregistered medic in Paris to mix broccoli, carrots, garlic, seaweed, papaya, chilli peppers, kale, tomatoes, rosemary and tumeric and drink the concoction as a supplement to her usual diet.
Dr Joshi - please help her get back in healthy shape. Her latest photos taken while walking around are not very pleasing at all.

Jessica Simpson's album, 'And the Band Played On', which was due for a November release, has been pushed back until May/June of next year, according to her label rep. Gosh. That's kind of a very big gap yeah? Something very fishy going on here.

James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli is fighting a desperate battle to make Daniel Craig the next 007. He backed the 37-year-old 'Layer Cake' star to replace Pierce Brosnan. But Martin Campbell, director of the next 007 movie Casino Royale, wants little known Henry Cavill, 22, to play a younger version of Bond. An insider said: "It's a real split-decision. Somebody has to replace Pierce Brosnan, but the parties just can't agree. "Something has to give otherwise we could never see Bond in the cinema again." The two camps will meet later this week to decide who will star in the 21st Bond movie. Shooting is due to begin in January, with a release date of October 2006.

Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller are set to return as Zoolander's two stupid male models in an upcoming sequel. Wilson insists he's keen to revisit the project that became a surprise cult hit in 2000. He said, "We're talking about that now." In the film, the clueless fashion model, Derek Zoolander (Stiller), is brainwashed to kill an asian Prime Minister. Cool. There's a second installment. Loved this movie coz it had me laughing in stitches.

Her hectic career was given as one of the reasons Paris Hilton split from her fiance of four months last month. Rather than slowing down any, however, the reality show star is busier than ever in the wake of the relationship's demise - recording her debut album. Currently laying down tracks at a Florida recording studio alongside Scott Storch, a music producer. Wanna-be pop princess Paris, who has also been linked to beer and shipping heir Stavros Niarchos in recent weeks, brushes aside the reports saying: "I'm just having fun right now. I don't have time for a relationship." Oh no!! What the hell is she trying to do? Inspired by Ashlee & Lindsay's route to fame?

All Saints are in talks to reform for a one off gig for a fly on the wall TV show. The girlband that made combats cool split up in 2001 over artistic and personal differences. Sisters Nicole and Natalie Appleton have gone on to limited chart success as a duo, marrying rock icons Liam Gallagher and Liam Howlett respectively. But singer Shaznay Lewis - considered to be the one with the talent - is said to be dead against the reunion. With with her own career stalling, she may have to pick up the mic and join the Appletons and Melanie Blatt on stage once more. One more 'Bootie Call' performance is always nice.

Charlotte Church credits her early success with staying grounded, because the self belief she generated as a child star allows her to stay in control now. She says, "I'm exactly the same person I would be if I wasn't famous. Because I was so young when I started out, the people in charge of me couldn't try to change me - when you're 12 you're very well protected legally. No one was allowed to tell me what to do and what to say. And then I sold so many records that by the time the gloves were off and they wanted to tell me what to do, I didn't have to take any shit. I've made money for me, I've made money for them, and if I don't feel comfortable doing something, then I'm not fooking doing it. And fook you Mr Executive." Wow! As what Survivor's Rob Mariano would say : "That chick got balls!"
Charlotte also thanked Liam G at the Q Awards in London, after he boosted Church's public image by praising her drinking abilities. The beauty was delighted when Liam expressed his admiration for her party-fuelled lifestyle earlier this summer because he is notorious for making derogatory remarks about fellow stars. And Charlotte then decided to show her appreciation as she prepared to present the The Q Lifetime Achievement Award to Robin Gibb. She told the star-studded audience, "I've just got to thank Liam because he made some choice remarks that have done my credibility no end of good."
They should meet up for Digsy's dinner sometime... both treating each other with brotherly/sisterly respect...So let there be love..

Kirsten Dunst has told 'Spider-Man' bosses they will have to pay her millions to star in another one of their films. The star, who signed a three-movie contract, has confessed the next superhero movie will be her last unless she gets an "exorbitant" amount of money. The beauty said, "Unless they pay me an exorbitant amount of money, this will be my last one. If there is more of a story to tell and director Sam Raimi is on board, and everyone is, then maybe. But this is what I am signed to do - three". Well, there's always Kate Hudson to step into Mary-Jane's shoes.

Charlize Theron has dismissed speculation she is planning to marry her longterm boyfriend after acting as bridesmaid at her mother's Californian wedding on Sunday. The Oscar-winning beauty has been dating Irish actor Stuart Townsend for four years, but she has no intention of walking down the aisle, even though she would like to start a family. She says, "I'm happy for people who want to get married but it's not my thing. I'm extremely happy in my relationship and I would love to have kids." That is one "lucky, lucky..you're so lucky" dude.

The war between Liam G and Chris Martin erupted as the pair came face to face at the Q Awards. Liam could not resist calling mild-mannered Chris "a plant pot" as the coldplay frontman stepped on stage to collect the band's only gong. Liam, who has made no secret of his disdain for the Clocks star, was particularly upset when Martin thanked Oasis for being a huge influence on Coldplay. Martin said: "Liam is charming. He said some rude things but, you know, we don't have an argument with anyone. We'd like to show our undying love and respect for Oasis." Showing his contempt, Gallagher heckled: "Knobhead! Come on, have a pop. You're a plant pot." He later added: "That lot are all wankers. Fook 'em." LOL!!!
Oasis won Best Album, for Don't Believe The Truth, and The People's Choice Award at the Grosvenor House Hotel bash.

The invasion of the indie Monkeys! Believe the hype.

Robbie Williams officially launched his new album in front of 7,000 German fans with a broken bone in his arm. The 31-year-old slipped and fell while playing football in Berlin on Friday, breaking a bone in his right arm. But he told the audience at the City Velodrom Arena : "It's a special occasion. I've had an injection and now I can't feel a thing." During the 90-minute gig, Williams treated his fans to a selection of old hits, as well as showcasing songs from the new album, Intensive Care.
With three costume changes and 15 songs, Williams once again proved his ever-increasing superstardom, a world apart from his days in 90s' boy band. He said: "Dare I say, I maybe feel a little bit like Michael Jackson, and I thank you. I think there may be a vacancy for the King of Pop. Far be it from me to blow my own trumpet, but can I be King of Pop, please, sir?" The show, which ended with gentle ballad Make Me Pure, was broadcast live in cinemas across Europe. He's already the reigning king. But please, no hand-on-crouch-and-point-to-sky
"Heeeee-heeeeeeee!" antics. But a 'rock dj' dance steps is alright.

Robbie had the misfortune of staying at the same hotel as 50 Cent in the run up to his Berlin album launch gig, and thanks to the rapper's partying, found it a little hard to concentrate. A source revealed : "Robbie spent the evening with members of his band in the bar, just sipping tea and mineral water. He had rehearsals the next day and he always takes them very seriously. He was in real need of a good night's sleep."
Meanwhile, in Fiddy partyland: "They kept the bar open, draining it, and they kept asking if they could play rap music in the lobby. Then they were running up and down to their rooms, getting room service and turning up their TVs and stereos." After the complaints from Robbie's people, hotel managers had to ask 50's security to take control of the gang. The guys looked pretty unimpressed - most hadn't even heard of Robbie." That is one interesting incident. Wonder what the 'G' clan did next. Maybe asking '21 questions' about Robb?

50 Cent claims he is the hardest working man in hip-hop because he recorded the soundtrack for his new movie while filming it. The star is so dedicated to the project he spent every moment between takes on "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" laying down tracks. He says: "I created the music while I was actually filming the movie. I had a studio trailer with me and recorded between takes." Ok. The world is impressed. But Lil Kim is still not down with his 'candy shop' music => "If I was selling six, seven million records, I'm not mad at anyone! How can you still be angry at people, still want to come at people? You're making money, you're selling millions of records, you should do something with that leverage." Errr..she could at least explain what is that 'something'... Lil is very stressed nowadays.
