Peking Hooligan

Kelly Brook says fighting with Billy Zane boosts their sex life. She keeps the passion alive by arguing with him as much as possible and keeping the lights dimmed. Kelly said: "Couples should fight a lot. Even if you do agree, pretend you don't. The key to a good sex life is fantastic lighting! Make sure everything's either on dimmers or candlelight." Kelly revealed that her curvy figure is all down to "having tons of sex". She said: "My body is down to having tons of sex so I look fit and healthy - it's the best thing in the world." It's a Zanetastic life over there.

What an irresponsible mum-to-be. Nicole Richie is still puffing on the fags despite being many months pregnant. The troublemaker was spotted twice last week lighting-up outside different New York restaurants. A reporter's account: "MOMMY-to-be Nicole Richie. 3:30 p.m. Exits DaSilvano with one young girl, one middle-age lady. On the sidewalk, she lights up. They jump into a waiting black Caddy Escalade, Nicole into the front seat. Still smoking. Three days later, 7:30 p.m., Nobu. She sure frequents lots of restaurants. They leave. Outside she lights up again."

Catherine Zeta-Jones has laughed off reports claiming she is suffering from anorexia, insisting her slender figure is the result of healthy eating and plenty of exercise. The actress told People, "Michael was laughing at me. He told me about stories that say I'm anorexic. How could I ever, ever be anorexic? I'm just working out and not chomping down what I usually chomp down". And the Welsh beauty is shocked by the amount of attention being placed on women's weight. She adds, "There are many women (who are) maybe a little fragile, and it becomes a huge issue".

Paris Hilton narrowly escaped injury last Saturday (27 Oct) when a photographer's car sideswiped her Cadillac Escalade as she was exiting the vehicle. Her chauffeur had parked behind Kitson boutique when a paparazzo pulled up - and accidentally left his car in reverse. Nobody was hurt. Paris and the photographer exchanged phone numbers for insurance purposes. Her driver said, "The car is backing up into me as my client is getting out of the car. Basically it was either me risking hurting my client (by moving the vehicle) or taking the hit. So we took the hit". Dedicated worker?

Not cool. The future of 007 will forsee Daniel Craig being involved in the next four more movies. He was originally contracted to do three movies but after the success of Casino Royale his contract has been extended. Craig was a controversial choice when he was unveiled. Many were critical of the choice and fans threatened to boycott the film. However Casino Royale broke records grossing almost $600 million. Craig's new contract will put him just one film behind Sean Connery, who starred on six occasions, and two behind Roger Moore.

Girls And Boys

Emma Watson is nursing her first broken heart after splitting with boyfriend Tom Ducker. Hermione Granger is said to be "distraught" after breaking up with the up-and-coming rugby player, also 17. A pal said, "She is very upset. He was her first love." However, a spokesperson for Emma was more circumspect, explaining, "They just drifted apart as teenagers do. Emma is now just concentrating on her A-levels and the new film." A learning process?

CSI Aloud? Cheryl Cole has revealed that if her life had turned out differently, she'd have liked to have been a forensic scientist. She told Real Radio Wales: "If I'd had a sensible head on my shoulders when I was at school I'd have loved to have gone into forensic detective work. I find it fascinating - like which way the blood is splattered and stuff." Instead, she worked as a child model before winning her place in the girl group on 2002's Popstars: the Rivals at the age of 19. Maybe as a scientist she'd find a much better looking husband then.

The band were invited to afternoon tea at the Princes' Highgrove home, but William had to take to the kitchen when the girls announced they didn't like the food that had been served. Mel C said: "I met William and Harry a while ago. We were invited for high tea. Some of us didn't like cucumber sandwiches and we were made peanut butter on toast by Prince William." The audacity...

50 Cent has laughed off reports he attacked his 'Righteous Kill' co-star Frank John Hughes after a heated argument on set saying that the fight was part of the film plot. The star was alleged to have hit out at Hughes after being confronted for not knowing his lines. But 50 insists the claims have simply provided the movie with free publicity. He said: "You know how much that would cost? It was actually a fight scene in the film - so expand it, get a little bit of controversy going so people will be interested." Smartie.

The model - who is expecting the couple's first child any day now - revealed film director Paul Anderson is currently away until Nov 3, the day before the baby's due date. She wrote on her blog, "Up until two weeks ago she had been a breach baby. She decided that she really liked her special location and literally stayed that way for over two months! I can see that she is already a very determined little thing and she knows what she wants!" [Milla-Pop]

Jewel talking about her beauty secrets:

Noel Gallagher has blamed his new baby boy for not giving him enough time to rehearse for his performance at the Bbc electric proms. The guitarist joined The Coral at London's Roundhouse for the concert on Wed night, but insists fatherhood is taking its toll on his working life. He says, "I was supposed to rehearse yesterday but, as I have recently become a dad, my little lad put pay to that the night before by keeping me up all night, so I was knackered (tired)". Noel still managed to wow the crowds, despite the lack of rehearsal time. Nothing surprising of course.

Na Nighty

Pete Doherty has split up with his fiancee Irina Lazareanu after her needy, bossy ways. He had a blazing row with Irina on Monday night because she has been nagging him constantly. A source said: "Irina has been following him around like a bad smell since the moment she caught his eye. She is just so bossy - no one could stand her. In the end Pete had to tell her it was over." The source also claims that Pete wants Kate Moss back even though she is now seeing Jamie Hince from The Kills. Any shotter's nation chance of that happening??

Marisa Tomei is begging her parents to stay away from her new movie 'Before The Devil Knows You're Dead' - because it features a doggie style sex scene with Philip Seymour Hoffman. The actress insists the scene was very carefully and sensitively shot, but it's still likely to shock her family. She says, "I spoke to mom about it the other day and I said, 'I don't know if you really want to come to this or if you want to see it.' She said, 'We heard already, we know about it.'" Marisa added, "I seem to tap into these kinds of women, the ones you call 'slut'". Heh.

Ewan McGregor has slammed his native Britain and is threatening to quit the country. He says the U.K's health and safety rules are "insane". McGregor admits his 24,000 km motorcycle adventure around Africa has changed his opinion of Britain. He says, "Our trip opened my eyes to how insane the rules are in Britain - Cctv cameras everywhere, congestion charge - a ludicrous nanny state. If anything drives me out of the country it will be that. In Africa, garage attendants smoked as they filled the bikes. I took great pleasure in that".

Renee Zellweger has said she doesn't like being the centre of attention - particularly from paparazzi photographers. Renee left LA in 2004 and now divides her time between New York and Connecticut so she can avoid as much of the attention as possible. She told Reader's Digest: "I don't need to be in the eye of the storm. I really do love acting but I wasn't really into being followed around everywhere by six guys with two-way radios. I don't want to feed the fishes and be one of those people who are sour about it. So I decided I'd just leave." Simple solution.

Kissing Bandit

Courtney Love is reportedly so keen for Frances Bean Cobain not to get pulled into the Los Angeles party scene that she's moving the pair of them to London. Courtney is said to be considering buying friend Kate Moss' home in North London when the supermodel moves on while 15-year-old Frances has been spotted looking around private all-girls schools in Kent as well as taking riding lessons in Hyde Park. Won't be easy to control at that life stage.

Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman is putting her foot down some aspects of Bella's teen rebellion. She is keen for her eldest child not to grow up too soon. Nicole said: "Bella had a phase of blue hair - luckily that only lasted for a little while. But we recently discussed about tattoos. My husband has tattoos, so obviously I don't mind them on principle. But I do think you have to be a certain age before you can choose to do something as permanent as that. You can call me old-fashioned." Nicole is currently gaining weight for her new movie. [NK-Weighty]

Mira Sorvino is still haunted by the death of a schoolmate who was killed when a garage door fell on him. The actress admits she conjures up memories of the tragedy every time she's involved in traumatic scenes in harrowing films. She says, "When I was in junior high there was this boy, Nico Trask, who got killed by a garage door falling on him, and I still remember that day - even though I didn't know him - just being shocked and saddened, and crying all day long."

Sir Anthony Hopkins has blamed the antics of stars like Paris Hilton, Bitchney and Lindsay Lohan on getting too much too young. Hopkins says the young stars' much publicised bad behaviour is due to Tinseltown success making them "go a little nuts". He explains, "When you get too much publicity, you end up in jail or driving cars drunk as a mother. I think it's to do with money and power, prestige and fame, and I think people go a little nuts. It's sad."

Take That were "mortified" when they were confronted by a hysterical fan at Heathrow airport. A source revealed: "The band were going through a channel used by airline staff when a security woman just went to pieces. She was screaming, 'I love you, Take That!'. Then she started gyrating and trying to do Take That dance moves. The whole area ground to a halt as people came over while the band looked mortified." A spokesman for BMI said: "We have pointed out to airport management that this sort of behaviour is not appropriate." Oh, just cut the lady some slack.
